Apex Lock and Key Do Not Trust This Guy “I called for service for re-keying of entire home. He did not sound experienced over the phone. Said a lot of Well um, and Hmm, I'm not sure. thought I might get someone different out to the home, but did not. The man was late by 25 min, had his girlfriend with him. He walked through the house several times before starting the job. Kept going back out to his van to make out with girlfiend before finally inviniting her into the home. After re-key was finished he over charged me from stated quote given over phone. Watched him make an extra key which was then placed into a drwaer in the van. Have feeling he keeps extra copies for himself. Ended up having another company rekey home for less hassel and less money,”
